I thought it amazing that Hazel had the balls to post and continues to sell your work! Small claims court won't recoup anywhere near the profit Klambach pub.inc. has made on your work, post her unwarranted assertion of power ( though you seem quite happy where you are now).
However I think I would consider serving her, and them with a personal cease and desist order - that way if Klambach has the rights to your work ( I'm hoping you copyrighted all!) she personally, based on her own decisions, must not use your intellectual property.
Its really in poor taste, at best , that they continue to use your work, yet haven't sent you any cheques to cover their mistakes, and greed,profiteering.
Frankly, I'm surprised Ganoksin let her post your work- that alone is telling of their standards.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. Our major issue in this country is our two political parties. Our forefathers knew that a two party system would be our downfall and took steps to try to stop this type of politics, and thus anyone who seriously thinks that politics isn't corrupt or slaves to Corporate America hasn't not been paying attention. George Jr. will go down in History as one of the worst administrations in history and I could go on for hours showing why, but my point is that the Obama administration has offered nothing different (besides health reform, granted) and has in fact continued nearly every single Bush program. Obama has almost the same political donors and thus has the same pressures as Bush did. Health reform will turn out to be the most expensive and destructive waste of tax payer money ever. I just wish I could offer a better alternative for other frustrated people, but I can't and those that think that the tea partiers are the future, remember that Sarah Palin is an important figure to them.

They just didn t produce the kick at the back of the throat I was used to, and so was a very lame replacement plus, I just felt stupid using it. 5. Will Power. This was the hardest. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
